The Challenge
Six product teams had each grown their own button, input, and modal — subtly inconsistent and each with its own accessibility gaps.
The Approach
Built a token pipeline from Figma variables to CSS custom properties, then a small set of Radix-backed primitives consuming those tokens.
The Result
Every consuming team migrated within two quarters; a monthly audit brought all six product surfaces to WCAG AA.
